For our short stay, Hotel Aksa was perfect. The location, just 5-10 minutes by taxi from the airport, couldn't have been better. The room, although small, had everything we needed - AC, cable TV, hot water, and it was spotlessly clean. The standout feature was the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to assist us. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and trustworthiness made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for its convenient location and outstanding staff.

This hotel is also right next to the metro station, really convenient and allows us to travel easily around the city. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. During my recent business trip to Mumbai, my director selected Hotel Aksa as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the array of recreational amenities available at the hotel. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. It was a great facility to unwind and destress after a long day of meetings.

The staff at Hotel Aksa were unfortunately rude and unwelcoming, which left a negative impression on me.
